Restoring Historic Buildings
Preserving & Highlighting Original Craftsmanship
Since 1998
Vintage Building & Restoration was founded in 1998 with the intent to restore historic buildings and to preserve and highlight the craftsmanship of the original builders.
Over the ensuing years, we have had the privilege of historic buildings and structures renovations for the Federal Government, state governments, city governments, non-profit organizations, and private homeowners. The State of Michigan commissioned us to work on multiple historic structures at Historic Fayette State Park and Harbor in Garden, MI and Historic Cambridge Junction State Park in Brooklyn, MI, the Historic Mann House Museum in Concord, MI, and many others. Some of our Federal Government projects include The William Howard Taft National Historic Site in Cincinnati, OH, the Pittsburgh Jobs Corps Center in Pittsburg, PA, the Cincinnati Jobs Corps Center in Cincinnati, OH, and the HDI Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI. Our in-house skill set includes carpentry, plaster, roofing, painting, flooring, custom trim and cabinetry work, etc. We also offer project management services for historic work and contemporary commercial construction and remodeling as well as public building restoration and remodeling. Vintage Building & Restoration delivers on time and on budget projects with an old fashioned work ethic.
